Katie is an attorney based in the Tennessee, working with LegalForce RAPC Worldwide. She is a remote trademark attorney with 3 years of experience across a wide range of trademark prosecution and trademark dispute resolution and enforcement matters.  She also has experience with trademark corporate law at leading law firms in both Chicago and Tennessee prior to joining LegalForce RAPC. Adding to her list of experience, Katie has conducted worldwide trademark clearance, procurement, enforcement, and portfolio management, as well as trademark and copyright litigation before the US Patent and Trademark Office’s (USPTO) Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Katie received her J.D. degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law and her Bachelors of Science in Public Administration from Harding University.
