Description of Design Search

The mark consists of the wording "SEÑOR SMOKED BARBEQUE" in black stylized font on a design of a stylized banner, outlined in black, with the large wording "SEÑOR SMOKED" on the top portion of the banner in an arc and the smaller wording "BARBEQUE" on the bottom portion of the banner in a curve. Above and partially overlapping the top of the banner design is a circle outlined in black that contains a small eight-pointed star outlined in black. In the center of the banner is a design of three black shaded circles, with the center circle larger and higher than the others and with the left and right circles partially overlapping the center circle. The left circle contains a design of a stylized rooster head in gold, the center circle contains a design of a stylized bull head in gold, and the right circle contains a design of a stylized pig head in gold. Below the circle containing the bull head design are three eight-pointed stars outlined in black, with the center star larger and lower than the others. The color white represents background, outlining, shading, and/or transparent areas and is not part of the mark.
