The mark consists of the stylized wording "RIVERWATCH" in red outlined in black extending across the center of an oval on a light brown banner over the stylized wording "WATERFRONT" in black over the smaller stylized wording "BAR & GRILL" in black outlined in light brown; the center of the oval consists of a design of brown and light brown wood boards; moving outwardly from the boards, the oval is comprised of four ovals, the inner oval being red outlined in black, then a brown oval, then a blue oval outlined in black, and an outer yellow oval that extends around the perimeter of the wording and design.
