Description:

(1) - Downloadable mobile device app or computer software application for arranging and coordinating home delivery, transportation, freight, courier, shipment and delivery services, on demand for consumer purchased goods, house hold items, furniture, personal items and cargo purchased online, in-store or in a local marketplace. Downloadable software coordinating third parties to use personal and commercial vehicles, electric cars, vans, sedans, sport utility vehicles, trucks, pickup trucks, freight liners, transport trucks, cube vans, bicycles, motorized bicycles, scooters mopeds to pickup and deliver packages, items, merchandise, goods and providing real-time location tracking, and notifications to the end user of packages, items, purchased goods and freight. Namely, software for the automated coordination of Peer to Peer, Business to Consumer (B to C) and or Business to business (B2B) requesting delivery services and the scheduling and dispatch of motor vehicles to deliver items on demand.
(2) - Sales & marketing, promotional items, the sale of apparel, accessories, logistical equipment, and packaging materials related to on demand delivery. Items may Include but not limited to; shirts, t-shirts, golf shirts, sweaters, hoodies, jackets, hats, pants, shoes, boots, mugs, cups, pens, stickers, signs, patches, trollies, dollies, cardboard & plastic boxes, packaging tape, packaging materials, straps, liners.
(3) - Telecommunications services, namely, routing calls, SMS messages, and push notifications to local third-party motor vehicle dispatchers in the vicinity of the caller requesting a pickup/delivery of goods using a mobile phone for coordinating the pickup and delivery of purchased goods.
(4) - On-demand home delivery of consumer purchased goods, including but not limited to household Items, home essentials, furniture and decor, electronics, health & beauty, home improvement materials, clothing, groceries ordered online, in-store or an online local market place. Business to business, Business to consumer, peer to peer, courier, delivery, transportation and storage of goods by using third party owned vehicles such as cars, sedans, vans, sport utility vehicles,trucks, transport trucks, freight liners, bicycles, motorized bicycles, scooters, mopeds, and/or using various modes of transportation.
(5) - Providing temporary use of on-line non-downloadable software and applications for ordering and arranging of delivery services for goods.
