(3) - Providing a web-based system and online platform in order to control and monitor the energy efficiency and environmental sustainability of buildings; Monitoring of energy efficiency and environmental sustainability of buildings; Environmental consulting services; Integration of computer systems and networks, namely integration of project management systems, building automation systems, energy management and sustainability products to enhance environmental sustainability of buildings; Engineering services in the field of energy efficiency, energy optimization, building performance, building lifecycle assessments, and industrial process evaluations; Software as a service for the provision of monitoring, assessing, controlling, and maintaining the operation of systems in residential, commercial, industrial and institutional buildings and facilities, namely smart building HVAC operations, environmental control systems, electrical systems, lighting systems, heating systems, cooling systems, refrigeration systems, power quality systems, ventilation systems, compressed air systems, plumbing systems, elevator systems; Software as a service (SaaS) featuring Internet of Things (IoT) property management platform using sensors and utilizing integration to third-party systems, for collecting, generating, and analyzing data for the purpose of enhancing operational efficiency of smart buildings; Platform as a service (PaaS) featuring computer software platforms that collect, analyze and use data from building systems and sensors to develop property management strategies using artificial intelligence for the purpose of enhancing and optimizing energy consumption, operational efficiency and environmental sustainability of smart buildings; Enabling users to remotely monitor energy and environmental conditions and control devices within residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings and facilities through software that centralizes data collected from the above-mentioned buildings and facilities and is accessible via a web-based online platform; Design and development of equipment and systems in the fields of energy management and environmental sustainability of residential, commercial, industrial and institutional buildings and facilities; Energy and sustainability services, namely, assessment and advice services relating to energy performance and optimization, and environmental sustainability audits, all of the foregoing relating to residential, commercial, industrial and institutional buildings and facilities; Furniture design.
