Description:

(1) - Buildings, namely (a) business and commercial properties, (b) residential properties, fully and less than fully detached housing, apartment buildings, apartments, co-operatives, condominiums and townhouses; (c) mixed use properties;
(2) - Operation and management of a retail shopping centre, including but not limited to retail stores, restaurants, parking and recreational facilities, entertainment services and space for office and commercial purposes; promotion and advertising of retail stores and services of others through all public communication means, namely the promotion and advertising of retail shopping centre stores and services.
(3) - Real estate services relating to the pre-development, acquisition, design, development, construction, management, operation, administration, leasing, renting and selling of the following: (a) raw and serviced lands; (b) business and commercial properties, (c) residential properties, fully and less than fully detached housing, apartment buildings, apartments, co-operatives, condominiums and townhouses; (d) mixed use properties, (e) hotels, motels, inns, motor inns, guest houses, lodges, pensions, auberges, bed & breakfasts, and resorts; residential and commercial real estate development services; property management services; rental and leasing services in relation to residential homes, lodgings, hostels, temporary living accommodations, and commercial buildings.
(4) - Providing bus transport services for shopping mall and residential customers.
(5) - Art exhibition services; operation of an art studio; providing parks and parkland for use by others; providing community centers for social gatherings, meetings and temporary use of office space; providing community centres for the performance of live music and theatre shows
