Description:

(1) - Downloadable and recorded Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) for use as a medical instrument for monitoring, receiving, processing, transmitting, and displaying data based on electrical signals from the brain; software as a Medical Device (SaMD), downloadable and recorded, for diagnosing cognitive function and brain health.
(2) - Medical devices, namely, cognitive assessment and neuropsychological testing system using electroencephalography and brain-based biomarkers and downloadable and nondownloadable computer software and computer databases to record, analyze and transmit data and provide reports and to monitor and evaluate medical conditions.
(3) - Educational and training services in the field of brain and cognitive assessment; technical training in use of medical assessment and testing system.
(4) - Providing temporary use of on-line non-downloadable software for use in cognitive assessment and neuropsychological testing and monitoring; providing technical support services and troubleshooting of computer software problems.
