(1) - Providing residential homes as temporary accommodations for individuals with developmental disabilities; respite care services in the nature of day care for children; providing day supports for the disabled in the nature of quality of life skills and recreation; providing day-care centers for elderly people with disabilities; providing temporary accommodation in group home facilities;
