(2) - Providing online computer databases and online searchable databases featuring classified listings for rentals of temporary lodging; Providing an online interactive website containing users evaluative feedback and ratings concerning sellers' goods and services, the value and price of sellers' goods and services, buyers' and sellers' performance, delivery and overall trading experience in the field of temporary lodging; Providing advertisements for others for rental and leasing of housing, apartments, condominiums, townhouses, real estate.
(3) - Providing electronic commerce payment services for the purchase of goods and services via an electronic communications network;
(4) - Providing an online messaging software for the transmission of messages among computer users concerning temporary lodging.
