(1) - Computer hardware and embedded software systems sold as a unit for integration in municipalities, utilities, campuses, and other streetlight or power pole supported networks for transmission of data, locally and remotely controlling lighting devices, sensing, controlling, routing, metering, and monitoring systems to gather local environment information, vehicle and pedestrian traffic information, and utility information; wireless network devices, namely, transmitters, receivers, routers, access point devices, gateway routers in the nature of computer control hardware; telecommunication and data networking hardware, namely, devices for transporting and aggregating voice, data, and video communications across multiple network infrastructures and communications protocols; internet of things networked devices, namely, commercial devices in the nature of electric power meters, street light controls, foot fall sensors, and beacons in the nature of transmitters and receivers for wireless communication; networked sensing, controlling, routing, metering, and monitoring systems comprised of computer hardware, embedded software and wireless network devices to gather local environment information, vehicle and pedestrian traffic information, and utility information.
(2) - Computer hardware with embedded software and a wireless radio transceiver sold as a unit for performing streetlight control functions, for metering and reporting streetlight power usage, for monitoring and reporting vehicle and pedestrian traffic in a proximity of a streetlight, and for enabling wireless radio communications from industrial equipment, namely, Internet of Things (IoT) devices, in the field of data acquisition related to IoT technology; wireless network devices, namely, light controllers, transmitters, receivers, routers, access point devices, gateway routers in the nature of computer control hardware; telecommunication and data networking hardware, namely, devices for transporting and aggregating voice, data, and video communications across multiple network infrastructures and communications protocols; electromechanical platform for enabling wireless radio communications to and from industrial equipment, namely, IoT networked devices, in the field of data acquisition related to IoT technology; networked monitors and controllers mountable atop streetlights, each being computer hardware with embedded software and a wireless radio transceiver sold as a unit, for performing streetlight control functions, for metering and reporting streetlight power usage, for monitoring and reporting vehicle and pedestrian traffic in a proximity of a streetlight, and for enabling wireless radio communications from industrial equipment, namely, IoT devices, in the field of data acquisition related to IoT technology

(7) - Software as a service (SaaS) provider featuring software for performing streetlight control functions, analyzing and displaying streetlight status and power usage data, processing and displaying environment conditions being wind, temperature, humidity, barometric pressure, sound, and air pollutants in proximities of streetlights, and enabling users to configure streetlight-mounted light controllers, cameras, small-sized base stations, routers, wireless network extenders, gateways and wireless access point (WAP) devices; platform as a service (PaaS) provider featuring computer software platforms for performing streetlight control functions, analyzing and displaying streetlight status and power usage data, processing and displaying environment conditions being wind, temperature, humidity, barometric pressure, sound, and air pollutants in proximities of streetlights, and enabling users to configure streetlight-mounted lighting controllers, cameras, small-sized base stations, routers, wireless network extenders, gateways and wireless access point (WAP) devices; application service provider featuring software for performing streetlight control functions, analyzing and displaying streetlight status and power usage data, processing and displaying environment conditions being wind, temperature, humidity, barometric pressure, sound, and air pollutants in proximities of streetlights, and enabling users to configure streetlight-mounted lighting controllers, cameras, small-sized base stations, routers, wireless network extenders, gateways and wireless access point (WAP) devices; providing temporary use of non-downloadable software for data processing structured and unstructured data received from remotely-located sensors, namely, lighting controllers, cameras, tilt sensors, vibration sensors, microphones, global positioning system (GPS) receivers, air quality sensors, and power metering circuitry; real-time technical analysis in the field of data analytics for structured and unstructured data collected from networked sensors, namely light controllers, cameras, tilt sensors, vibration sensors, microphones, global positioning system (GPS) receivers, and power metering circuitry
