(3) - Data transmission services, namely, transmission and delivery of data, information and audio visual images via wireless communications networks or the Internet; outcall notification services; communications services, namely, broadcasting news and information over the Internet and electronic communications networks; communications services, namely, showing, displaying and electronically transmitting the uploaded, tagged video clips of others; telecommunication services, namely, transmission of voice, data, graphics, information and audio visual images by means of telecommunications networks, wireless communications networks, and the Internet.
(4) - Providing an on-line computer database in the field of education for use by members of an on-line community (term considered too vague by the International Bureau - Rule 13 (b) of the Common Regulations).
(5) - Platform as a service (PaaS) featuring computer software platforms for collection, aggregation, analytics, and management of data; software as a service (SaaS) services, namely, software for aggregating and analyzing data from third party sources; providing online non-downloadable database management software for the emergency and resource management industries (term considered too vague by the International Bureau - Rule 13 (b) of the Common Regulations).
