(3) - Organizing, managing, conducting and promoting open forums, conferences, seminars, publications, and lectures, and providing educational materials, relating to hydrogen.
(4) - Establishing and maintaining information and statistics on the hydrogen industry; encouraging the development of hydrogen energy systems; facilitating the development by others of new technology that utilizes hydrogen; facilitating the deployment of products and services that utilize hydrogen.
