(1) - Apparatus and instruments for weighing, measuring, signaling, checking, lifesaving and teaching; apparatus and instruments for conducting, switching, transforming, accumulating, regulating or controlling electricity; apparatus for recording, transmission or reproduction of sound or images; optical, electronic and magnetic data media; phonograph records; computer hardware and peripheral devices thereto; computer software; publications in electronic form; apparatus, instruments and cables for electricity, including electronic, electrotechnical and electromechanical components, including for use in renewable energy, infrastructure and pharmaceutical industries; electrical circuits and circuit boards, including printed circuit boards and parts and accessories for the aforesaid; navigation, guidance, tracking, targeting and map making devices, including apparatus and instruments for tracking devices and parts and fittings for the aforesaid; electrical and electronic components; computer components and parts; electrical cables and wires and parts therefor.

(3) - Scientific and technological services and research and design relating thereto; industrial analysis and research services; design and development of computer hardware and software; industrial design; engineering services; research and development of new products for others; consultancy and advisory services relating to the development and design of products based on electronics, including electronic components; design services, including design of electrical circuit boards and design of electronic products and components as well as parts and accessories for the aforesaid; product development; technical consultancy relating to product development; design of prototypes; design and testing for new product development; development, updating and maintenance of software and database systems; advice and information relating to the aforesaid; none of the aforesaid services in relation to new and existing products for providing financial services as brokerage and organization of trading of shares, bonds and other financial instruments and commodities.
