(1) - Providing organizational effectiveness consulting in the field of team building; providing business management information in the field of strategic planning; development of communication campaigns in the field of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI); business administration counseling for not-for-profit organizations in the field of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI); public advocacy to promote awareness in the field of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI); promoting public awareness about personal empowerment in the field of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI); business management support for the development of processes for not-for-profit organization for the analysis and the implementation of strategy plans and management projects in the field of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI); promoting public awareness of social community issues and initiatives in the field of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI)
(2) - Business assessment and evaluation of best practices and engagement strategies in the field of equity; business consulting services in the field of organizational change management

(4) - Arranging and conducting intentional bridging seminars, webinars, conferences, and workshops in the field of equity; arranging and conducting seminars and workshops in the field of personal empowerment and distribution of training material in connection therewith; business training in the field of workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion (dei); providing educational information for developing decision making and collaboration skills in the field of equity; providing empowerment training to provide knowledge, skills, and abilities to promote equity in the workforce; providing group coaching and in-person leadership development forums in the field of equity articulation; providing group training in the field of organizational effectiveness featuring team building activities
