Organization and conducting of conferences, symposiums, and public discussions in the field of digital transformation and policy. Providing training and educational materials for undergraduate and graduate students, post-doctoral and visiting fellows on the development and analysis of digital policy frameworks. Publication and distribution of educational material in the form of research papers, working papers, and articles on digital policy and governance. Career development services for emerging scholars and innovative thinkers in the field of digital policy, including mentorship and fellowship programs. Facilitation of collaborative and transdisciplinary research projects among scholars, policy makers, and industry professionals to advance knowledge and understanding of digitalization's socio-economic and technological impacts.
(2) - Scientific and technological services, including research and design in the field of digital policy and governance; providing information technology and scientific research services in the areas of digital ethics, rights frameworks, and the governance of transformative technologies such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, quantum computing, and large language models. Development and analysis of policies for the ethical use and regulation of digital and emerging technologies. Conducting interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary research across the social, natural, and applied sciences to address the socio-economic and technological impacts of digitalization. Consultancy and advisory services related to the implementation and governance of digital technologies in society, including but not limited to data privacy, digital security, and the democratic implications of technology use and policy. Services also include hosting of fellows and provision of collaborative spaces for the development and dissemination of digital policy research.
