Description:

(2) - Installation, maintenance, and repair of electronic equipment, computer hardware and related peripheral devices; trouble shooting in the nature of repair of computer hardware; device lifecycle management, namely, hardware configuration, installation, maintenance, and repair.
(3) - Mobile telephone services, namely, activation and associated services, namely, assessment, planning, design, implementation and management of mobile device calling and data plans (term considered too vague by the International Bureau - Rule 13 (b) of the Regulations); telecommunications consultation.
(4) - Education services, namely, providing training in the field of software.
(5) - Information technology, namely, assessment, planning, design and customization of computer hardware and software; technical support services, namely, help desk and troubleshooting in the nature of diagnosing computer hardware and software problems; hosting services, namely, data center, website, e-mail, back-office infrastructure, data storage, backup, software and online applications and disaster recovery hosting services; network monitoring and management support; installation, maintenance, and repair of computer software; technical support services, namely, remote administration and management of in-house and hosted datacenter devices, databases and software applications; technical support services, namely, remote and on-site infrastructure management services for monitoring, administration, and management of public and private cloud computing IT and application systems; device lifecycle management, namely, software configuration, installation, maintenance, and repair.
