(2) - Instant messaging services; telecommunications services, namely, collaboration and group communication services in the nature of electronic transmission of data, namely, messaging, posting, and file sharing in the fields of business and personal coaching; communication services, namely, secure electronic transmission of data and documents among users of computers in the fields of business and personal coaching; providing private and secure electronic communication over a computer network in the fields of business and personal coaching;
(3) - Platform as a service (PAAS) featuring computer software platforms for use in secure communication and collaboration, namely, posting, file sharing, direct messaging, and instant messaging between and among individuals and groups within the same businesses and organizations and from different businesses and organizations, in the fields of business and personal coaching; providing technology that enables users, in the fields of business and personal coaching, to securely exchange information via a website;
