Description:

(1) - Accepting and administering monetary charitable contributions for collegiate student scholarships and educational programming; providing educational scholarships.
(2) - Arranging and conducting educational colloquium in the fields of visual and performing arts, literature, African American culture, race and history; educational services, namely, arranging and conducting symposiums in the fields of visual and performing arts, literature, African American culture, race and history; educational services, namely, lecture series in the fields of visual and performing arts, literature, African American culture, race and history; educational services in the nature of learning centers featuring instruction in the field of art; organizing cultural and arts events and conducting fellowship training programs in the fields of art, literature, performing arts, songwriting, dance, writing, music, race, culture, identity, and theatre production; theatre and musical productions; educational services in the nature of research in the fields of performing arts, literature, African American culture, race and history; development and dissemination of educational materials in the fields of performing arts, literature, culture, race and history; conducting education programs in the field of African American culture.
(3) - Providing community centers for social gatherings and events in the fields of performing arts, literature, African American culture, race, and history.
