Description of Design Search

The mark consists of circle within a circle. Inside the inner circle, the word "BTSSS" is written in stylized letters. Outside the inner circle but within the outer circle, the words "BOBA", "TEA", "SHAKE", "SLUSH", "SMOOTHIES", "ESTD.", "2022" are written around the inner circle. Small stars separate the wording "ETSD." from "BOBA", "BOBA" from "TEA", "TEA" from "SHAKE", "SHAKE from "SLUSH", "SLUSH" from "SMOOTHIES" and "SMOOTHIES" from "2022", with one, small, star appearing between each aforementioned word. A larger star separates the wording "ESTD." from "2022." Outside the outer circle, there is one more circle very close to the boundary of the outer circle.
