The mark consists of "AXIS PHARM" in all capital letters. "AXIS" is written almost double the size of "PHARM". The horizontal line of "A" continues outside the letter to the right, winging upwards. The backslash of the "X" in "AXIS" contributes to an ovular loop tilted at around 45?, and is meant to look like a ring encompassing the top of the slash in "X", "I", and part of "S". The ring does not go through "S" but is meant to appear to go behind it. "PHARM" is written tightly underneath "AX" and is consequently outside and to the left of the ring.
